Big Wild Life Runs

Description

Saturday August 15, 2015 - Downtown Anchorage on the Delaney Park Strip:
Kids’ 2K - no race fee and open to all children under age of 12; Starts at 9:30 am.;The Anchorage Mile – a flat and fast mile event; Starts at 10:30 am.

Sunday August 16, 2015 - Downtown Anchorage on 5th Street by the Performing Arts Center:
49K Ultra | 26.2M run/relay/walk | 13.1M, 5K run/walk
Starts at 8:00am

A 2-day health and fitness expo and bib pickup will be held at the Dena’ina Convention Center. Hours are Friday August 14, 2015 from 3:00 to7:00 pm; Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. A pre carbo loading pasta feed will be held on Saturday from 12:30-2:30 at the Dena’ina Center for a nominal fee of $10
