Mid-Summer Tri/Du

Description

The annual Mid-Summer Tri/Du offers Olympic, Sprint and Tri-iT (novice) distance races to Blue Lake Park.

The flat, fast and scenic courses are ideal for PRs and run along the scenic Columbia River.

This Hawaiian-themed event includes Polynesian music and dancers through the morning and during the post-race party.

Finisher medals and tech shirt come with entry, and food and beverages, music, awards and prizes will part of the event.
