Street Scramble Alki

Description

Thirty checkpoints are marked on a map... how many can you find in 90 minutes or 3 hours? How far you go and whether you walk, run, or bike is up to you. Everyone gets to turn the neighborhood into a great adventure, and see some terrific gems along the way!

Alki is bounded by Elliott Bay and Puget Sound and home to a long stretch of beach with miles of bicycle path beside it, making it the beachiest neighborhood you can visit within Seattle city limits. In true Pacific Northwest fashion, there are also stunning views of both downtown Seattle and the Olympic Mountains. This birthplace of Seattle is home to the Statue of Liberty (yes, really), the historic Alki Point lighthouse, and the well lauded Marination Ma Kai waterfront Hawaiian-Korean restaurant.
