$4 million in improvements planned for Stevens Pass

Lift and terrain improvements
Look for some great changes at Stevens Pass next year. The resort recently announced there would be $4 million in lift and terrain improvements for next season, with construction to start in April. A new high-speed Doppelmayr detachable quad will replace the Jupiter fixed-grip quad chair lift in Mill Valley, cutting ride time in half. The resort will also add new gladed terrain in the South Park area, and expand some other areas as well.
