In May

It’s not too early to plan for a May run – especially when it’s in conjunction with a Health and Fitness Expo. The City of Edmonds Parks and Recreation is holding its Conquer the Hill 5k on May 18. The run begins at Edmonds-Woodway High School and will head up the big Main Street Hill before heading back to the stadium. After the fun run/walk, head to the expo.

Expo activities include Rubber Chicken Relays, soccer skills clinic hosted by SeaWolves Premier Soccer, cheer clinic hosted by UW cheerleaders and the Sea Gals, interactive health and wellness booths and at 1 p.m., the SeaWolves Premier Soccer opening game. Healthy brown bag lunches will be available while quantities last.

Register by May 13 for your early-bird registration fee.
