Kenmore’s Budd Seslar reinvented himself at age 64 when he switched careers and earned his Personal Training Certificate. That was 15 years ago.

Since then, this 79-year-old world-class Master’s cyclist has been training and coaching the over-45 crowd to help them achieve their goals.
