National Trails Day June 7

Washington Trails Association, Seattle Parks and Recreation, Northwest Trail Alliance and dozens of other Northwest organizations will spearhead National Trails Day events on June 7.

Seattle Parks and Recreation will celebrate National Trails Day with restoration projects at Discovery, Fauntleroy and Frink Parks, and at the Cheasty Mt. View Green Space. More information and registration information can be found at http://www.seattle.gov/parks/ntd.htm
Northwest Trail Alliance will host the Sandy Ridge Shuttle Fundraiser to help fund bike trail maintenance at 9 a.m. in Sandy, Ore. Mountain bikers can enjoy a day of riding the trails, complete with shuttle service. To learn more, go to: http://nw-trail.org/SRTShuttleFundraiser2014
