Eric Wyncoop Wins the Dahon Speed Uno

Eric Wyncoop

Eric Wyncoop

Eric Wyncoop of Beaverton, Ore. is the winner of the Dahon Speed Uno, a contest sponsored this year by Outdoors NW magazine and presented by Dahon Folding Bikes.

Eric is a chef instructor and food anthropologist in Portland. He commutes to his offices by MAX light rail and incorporates his Dahon Uno in his mix of bicycling and commuting. While most of his miles have covered the urban commute and weekend tours, Eric has enjoyed cyclo-camping on the Oregon coast, riding the rural roads of Japan, and bumping along the cobblestone streets of colonial Mexico. He lives with his wife and son and his favorite bike shop is Coventry Cycles.
