Carter Subaru Gives Car Buyers K2 Gear

Carter Subaru is known for providing mountain-friendly vehicles that get snow enthusiasts to their favorite locations, but this winter, the local company is stepping it up by giving car buyers new K2 gear.

Customers who purchase a new or certified pre-owned Subaru at Carter through Feb. 28 will receive a free snowboard or pair of skis.

The Seattle-based dealership has two locations — one in Ballard and one in Shoreline — and they strive to give back to the community through outdoor-oriented promotions.

Since 2008, the dealership has planted a tree for every person who has test-driven a vehicle, bringing the total number of trees planted to more than 80,000.
