Donate to support Portland Sunday Parkways

The Portland Bureau of Transportation and presenting sponsor Kaiser Permanente launched the fundraising campaign for the increasingly popular Sunday Parkways called “Every Dollar Counts!”

Sunday Parkways is a series of free community events opening the city’s largest public space — its streets — for people to walk, bike, roll and discover active transportation. Residents and visitors say they come to enjoy the traffic-free loop of streets connecting parks and schools filled with activities, music and vendors. By visiting www.portlandsundayparkways.org and donating, Sunday Parkways attendees will be able to help cover the cost of the events in light of recent budget cuts for the program at the Transportation Bureau.

So think about donating a few dollars to keep this great event going.

“Donate to support Portland Sunday Parkways” is really fantastic event. Oh really? Sunday Parkways attendees will be able to help cover the cost of the events in light of recent budget cuts for the program at the Transportation Bureau. Actually I’m so excited for that. Thanks for review.
